On Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November 2025, the most anticipated winter event is back: the “Luci di Natale” Christmas Market once again fills the charming mountain village of Rasa di Varese with lights, scents, and festive cheer, transforming it into a true winter wonderland.

Now in its 25th edition, the market continues to enchant visitors of all ages, attracting people from across the province and neighboring regions. It’s the perfect opportunity to experience the magic of Christmas early, surrounded by craftsmanship, decorations, and the cozy atmosphere of the season.

This year, 115 exhibitors from Varese, Lombardy, Piedmont, and Liguria will showcase a wide variety of handmade creations: artisanal crafts, Christmas decorations, felt and wooden items, home and family accessories, tailor-made clothing, and unique gift ideas. Among this year’s highlights, visitors will find an artisan presenting a new board game and a skilled weaver demonstrating traditional loom techniques.

On Saturday, November 15, the market will be open from 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and on Sunday, November 16, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

A shuttle bus service will run hourly from the Ippodromo, with another line connecting the Motta Rossa parking area to the Rasa village.
