A major international cycling event is coming to Varese from November 28 to 30: the Ippodromo delle Bettole will host the UCI Masters Cyclo-Cross World Championships, held in Italy for the very first time. This hosting right, granted by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), recognizes the organizational excellence of the Società Ciclistica Alfredo Binda, which will manage the event for both the 2025 and 2026 editions.

The event will feature amateur athletes across various age categories—from 35 to over 80 years old—competing on a dynamic 2,500-meter circuit set up inside the racecourse. The track will combine grass sections, sandy stretches, technical obstacles, and a finish line on asphalt directly in front of the grandstands.

Location: Ippodromo di Varese, Viale Ippodromo, 27 – 21100 Varese (Italy)
