Laveno Mombello is preparing for a June full of activities, including cultural events, sports competitions, concerts, markets, and social gatherings that will bring life to the town overlooking Lake Maggiore.

Among the most anticipated events of the week are the RSA Olympics – 3rd Menotti Bassani Trophy, scheduled for June 11 and 12 at the Palestra Scotti, the Rigorando football tournament on June 12 at the sports field in Via XXV Aprile, and the traditional Alpini Gathering of the Varese Section, which on June 13 and 14 will involve the lakeside, the historic center, and the Gaggetto area.

The monthly program continues with a wide range of cultural and musical events. At MIDeC (International Museum of Ceramic Design), the Archivi Futuri festival returns from June 5 to 21, featuring concerts, guided tours, and special events. Highlights also include the award ceremony of the 18th Verbano Sailing Rally and the concert by Progetto Bottega – String Sextet.

There will also be plenty of opportunities for sports and outdoor enthusiasts, such as the 6th Tour delle Valli Varesine with the Abarth Club Varese, the Summer Basketball Camp, and the “Two steps together” walk in Vararo.

Markets and entertainment for all ages will also take place, including the European Music Day, art workshops and the Drive-in Clown event in Piazza Caduti del Lavoro, the Mani Magiche craft market, and the Spin-Off End of Summer music event with a beach volleyball tournament at Parco Gaggetto.

The overall program confirms Laveno Mombello as one of the most vibrant destinations on Lake Maggiore, offering experiences for both residents and visitors throughout the summer season.
