There will be four concerts this year in the now traditional summer appointment with quality jazz on the Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore, and the host municipalities are Germignaga, Maccagno con Pino and Veddasca, and Brezzo di Bedero.

Friday 28 July - Brezzo di Bedero

The Festival will open with a concert at the Belvedere Pasquè, with CARLO MORENA, a cultured and refined pianist and composer, a former teacher in Germany, Spain and Portugal and now holder of the first chair of piano jazz at the Conservatorio Verdi in Milan. Classically trained and jazzy at the same time, he moves in a broad project field that leads him to reread the past of jazz with contemporary eyes, to operate in the field of free improvisation. 

The event will be moved to "Casa Paolo" in the event of bad weather.

Sunday 30 July - Maccagno

The return of the ALBORAN TRIO of PAOLO PALIAGA, a pianist and composer interested in researching and exploring new sounds, is highly anticipated at the Maccagno Auditorium. With him two other important names in jazz, DINO CONTENTI on double bass and FERDINANDO FARAO' on drums. A great encounter between musicians who experience improvisational music in a different way, who dig into rhythm, who seek a new way of playing the most traditional of ensembles. The programme focuses on Paolo's original pieces, which the trio has skilfully arranged.

Saturday 5 August - Luino

The festival moves to Parco a Lago, where the audience will be able to hear DADO MORONI, one of the most sought-after Italian jazz pianists in Europe and America, with prestigious and ongoing collaborations with the great stars of world jazz. More of Les, this is the title of the project proposed in Luino, tells of Dado's happy encounter with the extraordinary and equally well-known musicians ALBERTO MARSICO, organ, and ALESSANDRO MINETTO, drums, with whom he shares a love of jazz, gospel and blues.

Sunday 6 August - Germignaga

More energy and virtuosity for the closing event at the Parco Boschetto area in Germignaga, entrusted to the skill of the SUPER POWER TRIO composed of LUCA MENEGHELLO on guitar, MAX FURIAN on drums and MASSIMO SCOCA on bass. An eclectic and enthralling repertoire ranging from jazz to funky soul, including original compositions by Luca Meneghello and rearranged standards.
