THURSDAY 12 JUNE, from 17 to 20, the Galleria PUNTO SULL'ARTE - in the main office of Viale Sant'Antonio, 59/61 in Varese - will host a double vernissage for the opening of two long-awaited exhibitions: the XII Edition of the Rassegna <20 15x15/20x20 | Edition 2025 and the new solo exhibition by the artist TOM PORTA, entitled "FastForWarD".

The 2025 edition of the <20 15x15/20x20 exhibition of PUNTO SULL'ARTE represents an unmissable opportunity to explore the creative universes of 17 artists, each with a distinctive language and a personal vision of contemporary art. This format, which has been attracting the attention of critics and enthusiasts for twelve years, demonstrates the commitment of the gallery to combine well-known artists with new established names, offering a platform for creative experimentation. Artists, both Italian and international, have enthusiastically accepted the challenge of expressing their artistic vision without thematic or technical constraints, in unexpected and particular dimensions, namely 15x15 and 20x20 cm. The works, set up as a single linear symphony, represent an explosion of creativity and passion.

This edition includes 17 artists: ANNALÙ, Paolo CAMPA, Gianluca CORONA, Claudio FILIPPINI, Luca GASTALDO, Ana KAPOR, Lara MARTINATO, Raffaele MINOTTO, Nicola NANNINI, Lorenzo and Simona PERRONE, Tom PORTA, Erik ROUX-FONTAINE, Brian Keith STEPHENS, Pierantonio TANZOLA, Giorgio TONELLI, Alessio VACCARI and Marika VICARI.

At the same time, inside the Project Room on the ground floor of the Galleria di Viale Sant'Antonio, will be inaugurated the exhibition "FastForWarD", by Tom Porta, acclaimed artist from Milan. His inexhaustible research has led him to explore a new and, in many respects, extremely topical subject. Porta uses as a magnifying glass the great history of the twentieth century, with particular attention to the futurist thought of the twentieth century. Filippo Tommaso Marinetti, founder of Futurism, sums up this vision with the famous phrase: "Daily heroism, love of danger, religion of speed", which exalts not only the physical speed, but also that of thought and action.

The futurists, with their forward-looking vision, celebrated technological innovation and man’s ability to surpass his own limits.  Today, we are faced with a paradox: while the speeds of our time, calculation and information, have grown exponentially, the individual seems to remain motionless, overpowered by an excess of data that he cannot metabolize or use for his own personal growth. This contrast is the focus of the reflection of Tom Porta, who asked himself the fundamental question: what can art do in all this?
