The path of San Quirico is a circular itinerary that is part of the “Green Paths of the Lakes” and winds around the homonymous mountain.

The easy loop route starts in Uponne where you can leave your car and take the VVL-N1 path. Passing close to the Church of the Madonna del Rosario you can see the sign of the path that proceeds along a dirt road that gradually goes into the woods towards the San Martino Cascine towards San Quirico.

 “Sentiero delle  Fornaci”, meaning the furnaces’ path in Ispra, is a panoramic itinerary which belongs to the “Vie del Verde”.

Parking the car near the tourist office of Ispra which is located a few meters from the lake, you can see the beginning of the path VVL-L1 which will be the guideline of the entire route.

You can start the circular path from wherever you want and go on following the red and white signs.

From the Pino-Tronzano train station you reach the center of the village thanks to the stone stairways and then take the path SI-3V, sometimes crossing the road leading to Bassano.

The ancient all-stone path climbs steeply into the woods and leads to the famous Delio lake, just before reaching it but, immediately after a small group of stone houses on the left, you leave the path that leads to the lake and go up to the right following a path marked by a sign indicating a Belvedere.
