Centro Vela is located on the Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore, in Cerro di Laveno, a very suggestive location in front of Verbania and the Borromean Islands, on average windy and easily accessible.
It was born as a sailing school in 1997 and is officially recognized by the Italian Sailing Federation.

Set in the medieval center of Besozzo, 15 km from Varese, Villa Magnolia is not simply a beautiful guesthouse, but a real hospitality jewel. According to some historical sources it was founded in 1404 as summer residence for Pope Gregory XII and in its private botanic garden of one hectare grows the oldest magnolia tree in Italy, which in 1574 was planted by the cardinal Saint Carlo Borromeo.

In Laveno Mombello, a small village on the shores of Lake Maggiore, there is a hotel on top of Monte Sasso del Ferro at mt. 1000, reachable by cable car. From the top it is possible to admire a wide breathtaking view of the Alps, Prealps and all of Lake Maggiore. In addition to the 15 rooms with private panoramic terrace overlooking the lake, the three-star hotel also includes a bar and a restaurant with 300 seats.
