An opportunity to reconnect with nature and the deepest roots of rural life. Among the green meadows of high altitude, where cows and horses graze serenely, you can breathe the tranquility and feel the calm rhythm of alpine life. Touching the animals becomes a unique sensory experience that envelops each visitor. But the Sundays in Alpeggio are also a journey through time, a dive into the ancient mountain crafts handed down from generation to generation. You will be able to witness the milking and the magical process of transforming milk into cheese, an ancient art that requires patience, skill, passion and dedication.

PROGRAMME AND USEFUL INFORMATION
Time: we recommend departure before 9:00 am from the Sessera Outlet. From there an easy walk, on a path with little difference in altitude on "white road", about 45 minutes to reach the Agriturismo Alpe Moncerchio.  Start of the activity at 10:00/10:15 with presentation of the farm and the pasture, visit to the cows in the pasture, demonstration manual milking with possibility to taste the freshly milked milk. Following a small walk to reach the dairy with demonstration processing of the typical local cheese "Macagn" and visit of the cellar.
Possibility to have lunch in the farm and buy products.

Duration: the visit lasts more or less 2 hours, from 10:00 to 12:00.
