From 4 July to 8 August 2026, the beautiful setting of Villa Cagnola in Gazzada Schianno will once again host Music in the Villa, the long-running summer festival featuring an outstanding programme of concerts and performances by internationally acclaimed artists. The season ranges from classical music and operetta to special tributes to some of Italy's greatest singer-songwriters.

Among the highlights are The Sound of Peace (10 July), a powerful symphonic and choral concert celebrating peace with the Amadeus Orchestra and Choir; La Campanella (12 July), featuring renowned violinist Giuseppe Gibboni, winner of the Paganini Prize, performing with the Deutsche Streicherphilharmonie; and Under the Sign of Mozart (18 July), with the Antonio Vivaldi Orchestra presenting a programme dedicated to the great Austrian composer.

The festival continues with Fiesta Gitana by the Pucela Brass Quintet (23 July), the beloved operetta Cin Ci Là (25 July), a tribute to Fabrizio De André by the group VIAdelCAMPO (1 August), and concludes on 8 August with the lyrical concert Echoes of Enchantment. A rich and varied programme that once again confirms Villa Cagnola as one of the leading cultural venues of the Varese summer season.
