MONASTERY OF TORBA:

28, 29 and 30 October 2023

• Between history and legend. Special evening visit
  An evening tour between history and legend to discover the Monastery of Torba in an unusual and evocative way.
  The story will interweave scientific research, archaeology, science, history, but also popular beliefs, oral tradition and folklore. Different points of view, elements and competences, but which in equal measure render the fascination, complexity and richness of the first FAI Property. 
  Possibility of dining at the in-house restaurant.
  Entrance, guided tour and dinner subject to availability, reservation required.

• Waiting for Halloween night
  An enthralling tour-game to discover the protagonists of a thousand-year-old place like the Monastery of Torba.
  Following clues and messages, young visitors will discover the story of the Lombard warriors and their faithful steeds, of the industrious Benedictine nuns, Abbess Aliberga and her portrait, and the events surrounding the tower burial ground. A special afternoon to look forward to Halloween night together with the inhabitants of the Monastery and their stories, exploring their lifestyles, habits and popular beliefs.
  Game visit for children aged 6 to 10, duration 75 minutes.
  Possibility of snack at the in-house restaurant.

VILLA DELLA PORTA BOZZOLO:

31 October 2023

• Night at the Villa
  Lights and lanterns will once again illuminate the ancient Villa for one night.
  A special guided tour will lead participants along a route that, thanks to the lights being turned off and the aid of torches, will allow them to discover unpublished corners and details of the residence that are not usually seen during daylight hours. The visit will be enriched by the telling of curious events, stories and vicissitudes of the most famous protagonists who lived in the Bozzolo family residence. For the occasion, even in the magnificent park the light of the lamps will reveal its most secret glimpses, just as it once was.
  At the end of the visit, it will be possible to enjoy an aperitif at the in-house restaurant 'I Rustici'. It is also possible to dine at the same restaurant, by reservation only.

Villa Della Porta Bozzolo offers a special experience designed for children and their families.
An enthralling visit-game in the rooms of the Villa that, among clues, explorations and scary mysteries to discover, will lead the little ones to get to know the protagonists, tales and legends that revolve around this imposing mansion. A special and engaging afternoon in anticipation of the Feast of Saints, discovering lifestyles, habits and ancient beliefs.
The tour is suitable for children aged 6 to 10 years.

  Spooky stories, hidden sights, mysterious works of art, unexpected lights and a few wacky characters await you. Together we will discover many curiosities and then conclude with a creative workshop in which we will build scary masks and bewitched characters.
  Recommended for children aged 4 to 8

TOWER OF VELATE 

Wendnesday 1^st November

A show to explore existence, to recapture what is too often taken for granted. Compagnia Teatrale Il Punto has chosen some of the protagonists of the Spoon River Anthology as guides to celebrate life. The "spectres" will meet the spectators on an itinerant journey at the foot of the fascinating Velate Tower. Booking required.
