The farm is located in Origgio, in the province of Varese, a few minutes from Milan and is also easily reachable from Como. It is in the countryside, close to the Parco dei Mughetti. The main activity is the cultivation of the land, the harvest of which is intended for animal feed.

In 2003, the Ai Boschi farmhouse was renovated to become an agritourism restaurant. Through the genuine cuisine of products such as meat, cured meats, eggs, milk and derivatives, vegetables and fruit, an added value is given to the work of all time.

A scenic loop trail through chestnut forests, historical landmarks, and local legends, part of the “Green Ways of the Lakes.”

The Anello delle Castagne winds through the municipalities of Sesto Calende and Taino, offering a varied and captivating experience.

The foot and bike path of the Ticino starts at the bridge that unites Castelletto with Sesto Calende. The first stretch shares limited car traffic up to the crossroads with state route 336. From this point, signs of humans are limited to the works that block or deviate the currents to supply the electricity plants, canals and waterways and the route is safe until its end near the bridge of Tornavento.
