Queen of the northern area of Varese is certainly the formaggella of Luinese D.O.P, the first cheese in Italy made with 100% raw goat’s milk to have reached the protected designation of origin, protected and promoted by the Consortium for the Protection of Formaggella del Luinese D.O.P
