Federico Montonati's first generation family-run farm A poc a poc, specialized in the production of blueberries, was born in May 2012 with headquarters in Vergiate, in the province of Varese.
Natural techniques are used for the processing and well-being of the plants and to guarantee the quality of the finished product.
The goal is to produce quality blueberries while respecting the environment and the surrounding ecosystem, using manual processing techniques and organic fertilizers (the company is in the certification phase). Thanks to the hand-picked raw material, the harvested product is enhanced by processing it into fruit juices and blueberry compotes, produced without the use of added sugars, dyes and preservatives.
