From June 21 to December 20, 2026, the Marcello Morandini Foundation in Varese presents Antonio Barrese: Morphologies of Light, an exhibition curated by Stefania Gaudiosi and dedicated to one of Italy’s leading figures in the intersection of art, science, and technology.

The exhibition brings together works and images created between 1965 and 2025, exploring light as an element capable of transforming space, stimulating perception, and generating new forms of knowledge. Through an immersive journey, visitors will discover the vision of Barrese, founder of the MID Group, who for more than sixty years has investigated the dialogue between creativity, innovation, and design.

The exhibition will be accompanied by conferences, guided tours, and activities designed for children and families.
