Sunday, November 2 – Foliage and Art at the Salvini Museum in Cocquio

Meeting point: promptly at 9:15 AM in Azzio (VA). Details will be sent to registered participants.
Expected return: by 1:30 PM (free time for lunch after the hike).

How to get there: by car
Route: Azzio – Gemonio – Bodini Museum – Azzio (loop).

Difficulty: E (hiking) medium/easy
Elevation gain: approx. 180 m
Total distance: approx. 9 km

Required equipment: trekking boots with VIBRAM soles, backpack, water, layered clothing, breathable jacket, rain jacket or poncho, fleece or sweater. Optional: trekking poles.

Participation fee:

Wednesday, November 5 – Moonlight Magic at Sacro Monte – The Beaver Supermoon

Meeting point: 7:15 PM at Torre di Velate, Varese
Duration: 7:15 – 10:30 PM

Difficulty: T/E (tourist/hiking) – low difficulty, minimal fitness required
Elevation gain: +350 m
Distance: round trip of 8 km

Dogs: allowed on leash (the hike takes place inside a park)

Participation fee: €8 adults / free for children (minimum age 10, accompanied by an adult).
