BA Gusto 2025: A Culinary Revolution Beyond the City

On November 15–16, 2025, the Museo del Tessile in Busto Arsizio once again hosts BA Gusto, the festival celebrating artisanal excellence and authentic local flavors. A journey through handcrafted panettone, Christmas sweets, spirits, liqueurs, and gourmet specialties to taste and purchase directly from producers.

The free-entry event offers two days of experiences and creativity: show cooking, free tastings, talks, and workshops to discover the latest culinary trends. Among the main guests are renowned chefs and pastry masters such as Roberto Valbuzzi, Andrea Mainardi, and Silvio Salmoiraghi, ready to delight visitors with live demonstrations.

More than 80 exhibitors will bring to life the “Panettone Boutique” and the themed areas dedicated to gelato, pizza, coffee, and spirits, celebrating the artistry and innovation that define the region’s gastronomic scene.
