Monte San Giacomo (427 m) is the highest point in the Parco del Ticino and offers a mix of nature, history, and wildlife, with forests of pines, chestnuts, oaks and rich biodiversity including owls, squirrels and salamanders.

The Monte Pelada is a pleasant hill, with a moderate elevation of 472 meters, surrounded by greenery. Walking through the woods that cover it, your view occasionally opens onto the lakes below, visible through the trees like small, unexpected glimpses. The route starts from Osmate and gently climbs along the hill, accompanied by chestnut, pine, oak, and birch trees, in a fresh and relaxing environment.
