Ternate - Corgeno - Ternate

The route is well indicated and can be traveled without problems in any direction. We recommend leaving from the Berrini Park in Ternate. Turning around in an anti-clockwise direction, you come across the only uphill stretch, with a riding school to the right of the path, and then down towards the most characteristic part, or the wooden shelter built over the lake for a few tens of meters. For a break in particular we recommend the shore of Corgeno, located on the opposite side from the start. Returning from Corgeno towards Ternate, as you pass by the Varano Borghi arched railway bridge, you come across the sign for Lake Varese, and you can reach it after about 4 Km/2,5 miles in the woods on the boarder of the LIPU Natural Reserve of the Brebbia Marsh.
