The FAI and the Josef & Anni Albers Foundation present Josef Albers: Meditations at Villa e Collezione Panza, from April 9, 2026 to January 10, 2027.

An unmissable exhibition bringing together 29 extraordinary works by the German master Josef Albers, including rarely seen masterpieces from the renowned Variant/Adobe and Homage to the Square series, on loan from major international collections.

Curated by Nicholas Fox Weber at the invitation of Gabriella Belli, the exhibition creates a compelling dialogue between art and architecture, where Albers’ works interact with the villa’s unique spaces.

The result is an immersive and evocative journey, offering a fresh perspective on the artist’s practice, in perfect harmony with the essential and contemplative vision of the collector Giuseppe Panza di Biumo.
