The 'Festa delle Cascine di San Giorgio' returns to Sesto Calende for two weekends, from June 21-23 and June 28-30, 2024. Organized by the Associazione San Giorgio, the festival celebrates its 40th anniversary with six evenings of music and traditional Lombard cuisine at affordable prices. The musical program includes a mix of balera and modern music.

The event aims to enhance the San Giorgio festival area beyond the two weekends, with the goal of offering activities and services year-round. The association involves 14 members and numerous volunteers, many of whom are young.
