From Saturday, March 18 to Saturday, May 6, the LIPU Palude Brabbia Natural Reserve and Oasis is organizing three meetings to learn how to recognize edible herbs and wildflowers. It will start with an open-air excursion dedicated to identifying all the wild plants that are best suited for cooking, and then continue with a culinary lesson to discover old recipes and flavors of the past. 

MEETINGS FROM 2:30 PM:

• March 18, 2023 - Herbs in the pan
• April 1, 2023 - Invisible sprouts
• May 6, 2023 - Flowers in the kitchen  

The meeting point will be at the visitor center in via patrioti, 22 in Inarzo (VA).
