Asparagus will undoubtedly be the star, but it will be accompanied by music and many initiatives for two weekends from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th May and from Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th May 2026 at the palatenda on Via Collodi in Cantello. 

The Fair's restaurant operates on two shifts: 

lunch: 12:00 and then 13:30 
dinner: 7:00 pm and then 8:30 pm 
Reservations open on Sunday, May 3, 2026, and are only required for groups of more than 15 people who want the first shift (Saturday dinner at 7 p.m. or Sunday lunch at 12 p.m.).

Takeaway service is also available on Sundays from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm

Friday, May 15 

• 7:00 PM: Fair opens with a fun aperitif at the Bar
• from 8.00 pm: Restaurant opens. Risotto with asparagus, Lasagna with asparagus, Chicken basket, Tomino and vegetables, salami. There's also the children's dish: hot dogs and chips!
• 10:00 PM: Disco Dance Music – Revival 70/80/90 (VIP EFFECT)

Saturday, May 16

• 7:00 PM: Restaurant opens (reservations required for a first shift of 15 people). Risotto with asparagus tips, Cantellesi Asparagus Bismarck, mixed grill, grilled salami sandwich, and a children's dish: hot dogs and chips.
• from 10pm: DJ set & Tech House with VELA & VAL.N

Sunday, May 17 

• From 8.30am: a craft and flavour market will be held next to the palatenda
• From 9:30 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm: you can visit the Romanesque church of Madonna di Campagna, which dates back to the 12th century. 
• From 10:00 am: “pony ride” for children at the party area, organized by ASD Neödar
• 10:00 am: Exhibition of the best decks of Cantellesi Asparagus. Presentation of asparagus producers and award presentation. Award for best drawing (Asparagus Fair cover competition 2027) for the IV Primary School of Cantello and (Bird Festival cover competition 2026) for the II Secondary School of Cantello.
• 12:00 pm: restaurant opening (with first shift reservations required for 15 people). Risotto with Asparagus Tips, Cantellesi Asparagus Bismarck, Mixed Grills, grilled salami sandwich, and a children's dish: hot dogs and chips.
• from 3:00 pm: Artistic and rhythmic gymnastics performance with the ASD La Fenice sports club
• 4:00 PM: Hip Hop Performance with Dance District

• from 7:00 pm: Restaurant opening (first shift reservations required for 15 people). Risotto with Cantellesi Asparagus Tips, Cantellesi Asparagus Bismarck, Mixed Grills, grilled salami sandwich, and a children's dish: hot dogs and chips.
• from 10:00 pm: Group dancing, smooth, Latin American with Max Fabiani

Sunday, May 24 

• from 10:00 a.m.: a craft and flavor market will be held next to the palatenda
