Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. | Wednesday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. | Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

• distribution/validation of the #inLombardia passport;
• offering visitors satisfaction questionnaires about the tourist services;
• distribution/validation of the Via Francisca del Lucomagno credentials;
• tourist information provided through an external interactive totem connected 24/7 to the Varese page on the in-lombardia.it website.
