Whether it’s a lively party with music, a formal dinner to celebrate your achievements, or an informal get-together to exchange holiday greetings, Villa Porta offers the perfect backdrop for every occasion.

The Ballroom Limonaia and the Torretta, ideal for convivial events of up to 20–25 guests, will captivate your attendees and leave a touch of magic in the memories of the evening.
The reservation of these spaces is available with an additional exclusivity fee, upon request and subject to availability.


Xmas Cool Proposal

Aperitif at the Center of the Table:

Chicken liver pâté and daikon
Marinated trout with horseradish mousse and trout roe
Bruschetta with winter garden vegetable caponatina
Roasted eggplant cream and goat cheese cravot
Mix of wild herbs, edible flowers, and pink grapefruit dressing
“Ossolano” cured ham, “Coppa Piacentina,” and Eros La Casera cheeses
Assorted vegetable tempura

First Course – choose one:

Paccheri pasta with “Antichi Pomodori di Napoli” (Slow Food Presidia) and Frantonio Valeri basil-infused extra virgin olive oil
“Riserva San Massimo” Carnaroli risotto creamed with “Robiola di Roccaverano” (Slow Food Presidia), Treviso red radicchio IGP, and Valpolicella Superiore Roccolo Grassi reduction
Rigatoni pasta with egg yolk sauce, veal ragout, and rich brown stock

Main Course – choose one:

Braised beef cheek “La Granda” (Slow Food Presidia) with mashed potatoes

Dessert:

Grilled artisanal Panettone from Villa Porta with zabaglione ice cream

Appetizer (plated):

Cherry-wood smoked trout with its roe, ancient grain mustard, and grilled chanterelle mushrooms
Fassona Piemontese La Granda beef tartare (Slow Food Presidia), hand-chopped and seasoned with its twelve signature ingredients

First Course – choose one:

Tagliatelle filled with braised venison, porcini mushrooms, parsley chlorophyll, and rich brown stock
“Riserva San Massimo” Carnaroli risotto with cuttlefish ink, creamed salt cod, and wild fennel

Main Course – choose one:

Saddle of venison with friarielli greens, chestnuts, and Barbera-poached pears
Meagre fillet with black kale powder and black kale dressed in anchovy colatura

Dessert (plated):

Grilled artisanal Panettone from Villa Porta with zabaglione ice cream
