Tasting course: Beer Lover  

This course is aimed at all people interested in knowing more about the classic basics of beer. You will be able to choose, recognize and select the different types of beer, making you an expert in the sector. Each evening will have a central theme treated on a theoretical level and beyond: we have designed the tasting of multiple beers for you during the same evening, to make you appreciate the difference between the different qualities and types and teach you to recognize all the peculiarities and characteristics of the beers offered. Tasting in company will never have been more pleasant and instructive.

Tasting course: Trappist Beers

Are you still convinced that an "Abbey" beer is produced by monks? Do you think Trappist beers are only in Belgium? Were you convinced there were only six? We will dispel any myths and dispel any doubts regarding the so-called "monastic beers". The course program is divided into 5 tasting evenings, each of which will examine two Trappist beers which will be drunk under the guidance of our supervisor who will guide us in the conscious assignment and compilation of the tasting sheet. At the end of the course you can consider yourself a true expert on the topic, you will have refined your tasting techniques by learning to recognize the tastes and aromas of the most complex and mysterious beers on the planet... and who knows, maybe your vocation will come to you!

To learn how to produce beer at home - Homebrewing course

The course is divided into 5 lessons of approximately two hours each in which the study of basic home brewing techniques is envisaged. It is, therefore, an initiative aimed at those who, driven by a passion for beer, want to deepen their knowledge with a view to a more practical approach, beyond that of tasting. The aim is to share knowledge gained on the basis of almost ten years of experience in the practice of homebrewing.
