Associazione Amici del MIDeC and MIDeC - International Museum of Ceramic Design, announce the participation of the exhibition "Project-Identity-Object", Saturday 8 October 2022 at the eighteenth edition of the Day of Contemporary AMACI - Association of Italian Contemporary Art Museums. On this occasion, on Saturday 8 October alone, admission to the exhibition will be free.

"Project-Identity-Object", an exhibition dedicated to research in the field of ceramic design by Elena Rausse curated by Fabio Carnaghi, which documents a family tradition of ceramic design that compares by analogy with the historical events of Laveno collected at MIDeC. exhibition enhances the figure of Cesare Sartori (1930-2020), pioneer of ceramic design starting after the Second World War, through objects, prototypes and unpublished documents of his design which has fully entered the history of Italian industrial design. In continuity with the work of her grandfather Cesare Sartori, Elena Rausse presents recently produced pieces in dialogue with the culture of Ceramic Design which in Laveno had a unique episode in the Italian scenario. AiCC - Italian Association of the City of Ceramics, of ADI-Delegation of Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige, of the Municipality of Laveno Mombello and with the support of Hotel de Charme Laveno, is included among the initiatives of the MIDeC Award for Ceramic Design, in recognition of Elena Rausse, absolute winner of the second edition of the Prize.
