The protagonist will undoubtedly be the asparagus, but it will be accompanied by music and many initiatives over two weekends from Friday 19^th to Sunday 21^st May, and then again from Friday 26^th to Sunday 28^th May 2023 at the palatenda in Via Collodi in Cantello.

The Fair's restaurant operates in two shifts: 

• lunch: 12:00 p.m. and then 1:30 p.m
• dinner: 7:00 p.m. and then 20:30 p.m. 

Reservations are only required with the first lunch shift at 12:00 p.m. and the dinner shift at 7:00 p.m. and only for groups of more than 8 persons. The table will be reserved up to a maximum delay of 15 minutes.

Friday, 19^th May

• at 6.30 p.m. Opening of the Fair
• from 7.00 p.m. Restaurant opening. Risotto with Asparagus, Lasagna with Asparagus, Chicken basket, Tomino and vegetables, sausages. There is also a dish dedicated to children: frankfurters and chips!
• at 10:00 p.m. Live music with Motoroll (History of rock).

Saturday, 20^th May

• at 7.00 p.m. Restaurant opening (first round reservation required). Risotto with asparagus tips, Cantellesi asparagus Bismarck style, mixed grill, grilled sausage sandwich and the dish dedicated to children: frankfurters and chips.
• at from 10 p.m. Live music with ERROR 404 (Rock band)

Sunday, 21^st May

• from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. opportunity to visit the Romanesque Madonna di Campagna Church, which dates back to the 12th century. 
• at 11:00 a.m. Exhibition of the best Cantellesi asparagus bunches. Presentation of asparagus producers and presentation of awards. Award ceremony for the best drawing (Asparagus Fair cover competition 2024) for classes IV Cantello Primary School. 
• at 12.00 p.m. opening of the restaurant (first round reservation required). Risotto with Asparagus tips, Cantellesi Asparagus Bismarck style, mixed grill, grilled salami sandwich and the children's dish: frankfurters and chips.
• from 3:00 p.m. Wooden board games, with an operator always on hand
• at 4:00 p.m. Animated readings - workshop on the environment, promoted by Lega Ambiente and Libro Aperto
• at 7.00 p.m. opening of the restaurant (first round reservation required). Risotto with asparagus tips, Cantellesi asparagus à la Bismarck, mixed grill, grilled sausage sandwich and the children's dish: frankfurters and chips.
