Day 1

Start from Laveno, one of the most beautiful villages of Lombardy, set of many movies and Hemingway's beloved place. 

Varese is also known as the Garden Town, because it is surrounded by green and nature and because there are a lot of super green parks in town.

Cuasso al Monte is home to an itinerary where a site originally created for military purposes is transformed into a path dedicated to peace.

Within the Cinque Vette Park, the Associazione On, founded by Max Laudadio, has promoted the Line of Peace: a woodland trail of approximately 6.5 kilometres that follows a scenic section of the Northern Frontier, known as the Cadorna Line, and leads to the summit of Monte Derta.
