The Gran Fondo Tre Valli Varesine is a long-distance cycling race on the road organized by the Alfredo Binda Cycling Company and Specialized; it is part of the Specialized Granfondo Series circuit and has entered the list of "BEST EVENTS" of the International Cycling Union - UCI.  The competition begins and ends in Varese crossing the Three Valleys that give the name to the competition: the Valcuvia, the Valganna and the Valtravaglia.

ROUTES: 

• Individual time trial: Saturday 1 October - distance km 22, difference in altitude m 220
• Middle Cross Country: Sunday 2 October - distance km 82, altitude difference m 1220
• Gran Fondo: Sunday 2nd October - distance 113 km, altitude difference 1800 m

The departures will be divided into age category (from 19 to over 65 years) both men and women and will be awarded the first three classified in each category for each race (Crono, Medio Fondo and Gran Fondo) for a total of over 150 cyclists medalists.

The race village will be in Varese at the Estensi Gardens, in Via Sacco.
