Cuirone di Vergiate is an historical hamlet situated in the area of Vergiate. Every year in November, the small village celebrate bread at the ancient bakery in Via San Materno (XIX century). The fair is organized by the Ass Amici di Cuirone and it is supported by Regione Lombardia, SlowFood Varese, Parco del Ticino and Comune di Vergiate.
