- 9.30 am: meeting at the headquarters for a brief explanation of the route and logistical details

- 10.00 am: Departure from the center of Angera

- Route of the lower ring of the hill of San Quirico, passing through the area called Altinada from where you can admire the Rocca di Angera, descending through woods and vineyards then passing by the lake road until you reach the center of Angera

- 12.30 pm: Lunch in a restaurant with a 0 km menu

- 2.30 pm: anti-fatigue nature trail of about 4 km in the humid area of ​​the Bruschera area where participants can admire different species of flora and fauna

- 9.00 am: meeting on site for a brief explanation of the route and logistical details

- 9.30 am: departure from the center of Angera

- Ascent towards the hill of San Quirico, passing through the area called Altinada from where you can admire the Rocca di Angera, descent through woods and vineyards then passing by the lake road up to the center of Angera

- 12.30 pm: Lunch in a restaurant with a 0 km menu
