Nature, fresh air and sport: the valleys and mountains in the Province of Varese

About half of the province is made up of charming, easily accessible valleys whose slopes are dotted with numerous villages that have managed the flow of traffic since time immemorial.

The blustery slopes covered with lush vegetation and ancient trails have been reclaimed and maintained so visitors can enjoy walking, horse riding and cycling through well-managed countryside.

The main valleys are Valcuvia, Valceresio, Valle Olona, Valganna, the Luinese Valleys and the Campo dei Fiori Regional Park.
